íde-O Application

Terms of Service Document: Version 1.0
Effective Date: 22 September 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to the íde-O Application.

The íde-O Application is an AI-assisted promotional content platform developed and operated by Humanic Studio. It allows users to turn a written idea into short promotional videos, video prompts, and poster images, primarily for micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) and business users in Indonesia.

The application is available through the web at ideo.humanic.click and through the mobile application. Paid features are charged against a prepaid credit balance held in the user's account.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the íde-O Application, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If a user does not agree with these Terms, the user must discontinue use of the application. Declining these Terms carries no consequence other than being unable to use the application.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

The íde-O Application is a public application and provides self-service account registration.

  • Users must be at least 18 years of age, or use the application under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or guardian.
  • One individual or one business entity may hold one account. Registration information must be accurate.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, and for all activity carried out through their account — including credit spent.
  • Users must notify us immediately at cs@humanic.click if unauthorized access is suspected.

4. Credits and Payment

  • Paid features are charged against a prepaid credit balance. Credits are purchased through the Top Up menu and processed by a third-party payment service provider.
  • Credits are not money and cannot be cashed out, withdrawn, transferred to another account, or converted into any other form of value. Users are advised to purchase only the amount they intend to use.
  • Credits that have been spent are not refundable. Refunds are considered only where a balance is increased or reduced by a fault in our system, and are made by adjusting the balance.
  • Prices for each feature are displayed on the relevant page before the user confirms a request. Prices may change, and the price that applies is the one displayed at the time the request is made.
  • Payment receipts are issued by the payment service provider. Users requiring an invoice in the name of a business entity should contact us before purchasing credits.

5. How Charges Are Applied

Credits are deducted after the requested output has been produced, not in advance. If production fails, no credits are deducted.

A consequence of that sequence is that the price may exceed the user's remaining balance, in which case the shortfall is recorded as a negative balance. A negative balance is not a penalty and does not accrue interest. The next credit purchase is applied against the shortfall first, and only the remainder becomes available balance. While a balance is negative, access to paid features may be withheld until the shortfall is cleared.

Output that has been produced remains chargeable even where the user is not satisfied with it, because the cost of producing it has already been incurred with the third-party provider.

6. Content Submitted by the User

Ideas, text, product photographs, and photographs of individuals uploaded by the user remain the property of the user. By uploading them, the user grants Humanic Studio a limited licence to store and process that material — including transmitting it to the third-party providers that generate the images and videos — solely for the purpose of producing the user's request.

Users represent and warrant that:

  • They hold the rights necessary to use every item of material they upload.
  • Where a photograph contains the face of an individual, the consent of that individual has been obtained.
  • They do not upload faces, trademarks, or works belonging to others without the right to do so.

This obligation is substantive rather than formal. Uploading another person's likeness without consent is a distinct legal matter, and the consequences fall on the user rather than on Humanic Studio.

7. Ownership of Output

Output produced by the user — videos, prompts, and poster images — may be used for personal and commercial purposes, including paid advertising, provided the user complies with Sections 6 and 8.

Two matters are stated plainly:

  • Material generated by machine may hold a different copyright status in different jurisdictions. Humanic Studio therefore cannot warrant that the user holds exclusive copyright over the output.
  • Similarity between output produced for different users is possible, because the same generation services are used by all users.

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use the application to produce or distribute:

  • Sexual material, violent material, or any material involving minors inappropriately.
  • Depictions of real individuals appearing to say or do things they did not say or do.
  • Fraudulent or misleading advertising, false health claims, or false promises of financial return.
  • Material inciting hatred against any ethnic, religious, racial, or social group.
  • Imitations of the trademarks, logos, or packaging of other parties.
  • Any material that is unlawful under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Users must also not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or stored file.
  • Modify, interfere with, or disrupt the operation of the application.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content.
  • Resell, redistribute, or provide access to the application as a service of their own without written agreement.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of the account without refund of remaining credits, and where necessary may be reported to the relevant authorities.

9. Collections Library

Characters and music provided in the Collections menu are made available for use within the íde-O Application.

Each music item states its licence on its card, and that licence is what binds the user — some licences require attribution of the creator. Users must read the licence before use. Items in the Collections library may not be resold or redistributed as standalone assets.

10. Limitations of the Technology

These limitations are stated in advance rather than in a footnote:

  • Text appearing inside a video or poster is drawn rather than typed and is frequently misspelled.
  • Faces and products resemble the reference photographs without being identical.
  • The same idea may produce different results on different attempts.
  • Third-party services used by the application may be interrupted or changed at any time.

Users are responsible for reviewing output before publication. Humanic Studio provides a tool, not a production service with a guaranteed result, and does not warrant that output will match the user's expectations, perform commercially, or satisfy the advertising policies of any platform.

11. Service Availability and Storage

Humanic Studio makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and reliability of the application. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance;
  • Software updates;
  • Infrastructure improvements;
  • Security measures;
  • Interruption or change at third-party service providers;
  • Internet connectivity issues;
  • Circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Permanent storage of produced files is not guaranteed. Users are advised to download output that is important to them. Where archived material must be removed, users will be notified in advance by email wherever reasonably possible.

12. Intellectual Property

The íde-O Application, including its software, user interface, design, documentation, trademarks, logos, graphics, source code, and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Humanic Studio retains ownership of the application framework, software architecture, reusable components, prompt engineering methods, and underlying technologies.
  • Content submitted by the user remains the property of the user.
  • Rights in output produced by the user are governed by Section 7.
  • Users obtain no ownership rights over the software.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the application except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

13. Third-Party Services

The íde-O Application relies on trusted third-party services to support its operation:

  • Firebase Authentication
  • Cloud Firestore
  • Firebase Storage
  • Firebase Cloud Functions
  • Gemini API, provided by Google
  • Eachlabs, for video generation
  • Pollinations, for poster image generation
  • iPaymu, for payment processing

Use of these services remains subject to their respective Terms and Privacy Policies. Humanic Studio is not responsible for the independent operation or policies of third-party service providers.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

While Humanic Studio makes reasonable efforts to maintain the quality, security, and reliability of the application, the application is provided on an "as available" and "as maintained" basis.

Humanic Studio does not guarantee that:

  • The application will always operate without interruption.
  • Every feature will always be error-free.
  • Generated output will be accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose.
  • The application will satisfy every requirement of the user.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Humanic Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of the íde-O Application, including loss of profit, loss of customers, or material rejected by an advertising platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, total liability arising from or relating to the use of the application is limited to the amount paid by the user to Humanic Studio during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Decisions regarding the publication, distribution, and commercial use of generated output remain solely the responsibility of the user.

16. Suspension and Termination

Users may discontinue use at any time and may request deletion of their account as described in the Privacy Policy. Any remaining credit balance is forfeited on deletion and is not refundable in money.

Humanic Studio may suspend or terminate access where:

  • These Terms are violated;
  • The application is misused or used to endanger other users;
  • Fraudulent payment activity is detected;
  • Suspension is required by applicable law.

Where a violation is not serious, a warning will be issued first. Termination of access does not automatically remove records that must be retained under applicable laws.

17. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the íde-O Application shall first be settled by deliberation and, failing that, resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.

19. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time to reflect service improvements, technological developments, operational requirements, or changes in applicable laws and regulations.

Where material changes are made — including changes to pricing, to the treatment of credits, or to rights over generated output — users will be notified through the application, by email, or through other appropriate communication channels before the changes take effect. The latest version of these Terms will always be available at ideo.humanic.click/terms.

By continuing to use the íde-O Application after these Terms become effective, users acknowledge and accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms form part of the official documentation of the íde-O Application developed and operated by Humanic Studio.
